Hillsborough County Animal Services opens Jagger Park, for "investigation dogs". This park will be used by dogs taken from their owners because of criminal abuse or neglect allegations, while awaiting court decisions. Volunteer Karyn Ringhaver was a major force behind this project and because of her donations and the friends she called in to help build this park, the park is named in memory of her beloved Labrador Retriever, Jagger.
