Rose,
I admire both of your actions. It does my heart good to have politicians with strong individual principals. I hope God gives you the strength to tolerate the unprincipled people you have to work with. Forgive them; they are ignorant and know not what they do.

Dear Commissioner Ferlita,
Congratulations for receiving the national Elizabeth Prebich Elected Official Leadership Award! It comes as no surprise to myself, or the R-LAND members, that you should be awarded such a prestigious honor. There have been many occasions when we have experienced first hand your extraordinary integrity, solid ethics and obvious pride in your county. When we as citizens have felt unheard or disillusioned with our county government it is you that has restored our faith and hop for a future that is bright for Hillsborough County. . . . Again, congratulations. Keep up the good work and know that we appreciate, and will never forget, all you have done and continue to do for the citizens of Hillsborough County. On behalf of the R-LAND Board of Directors and Membership,
Pam Prysner, President
Rural Lithia Area Neighborhood Defense
